NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer that the Issuer is considering a further liability management transaction with a view to repurchasing or redeeming the remaining outstanding Notes before their scheduled maturity date. The Issuer invites holders of the Notes to identify themselves in order to facilitate a discussion of the options for such transaction.
