publity AG increases forecast for 2018 again significantly
– EBIT, net income for the year and sales revenues expected to be at least 50-70 percent above prior year
– Fees for successful acquisitions and sales of real property drive profitable growth
Leipzig, 17. December 2018 – The Managing Board of publity AG (“publity”, ISIN: DE0006972508) increases its annual forecast for 2018 for the second time within a few weeks as a result of high fee inflows in connection with recent acquisitions and sales of real property for customers. The Managing Board currently expects for fiscal 2018 sales revenues, an EBIT and a net income for the year which are 50 to 70 percent higher than the 2017 values. publity recently increased its forecast to a rise in these indicators by 20 to 30 percent (cf. ad hoc disclosure of 14.11.2018). Sales revenues amounted in fiscal 2017 to EUR 23.6m, the EBIT to EUR 16.1m and the net income for the year to EUR 10.1m. As far as assets under management are concerned, publity assumes that they will remain on a high level with around EUR 4.6bn, despite many high-volume sales during the current year.
