Subject: Notification on inability to publish the financial reports within the prescribed term and notification on Supervisory Board session date change

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that due to current circumstances in the Republic of Croatia related to COVOD-19 dissease and protective measures defined by the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia, the Company will not be able to fulfil, in timely manner, the obligations prescribed by the Article 462. paragraph 1. and 3. of the Capital Market Law for audited annual reports for 2019. and the obligations prescribed by the Article 468., paragraph 1. of the Capital Market Law for the unaudited quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2020.

The reasons for inability to fulfil the obligation to publicize financial reports within the deadlines defined in the Article 462 and 468 of the Capital Market Act are the aggravated communication circumstances and limitation of the required resources and of adequated working conditions due to the referral of workers to work at home. which includes all workers in the Finance, Accounting and Controlling Sector and Management Board who produce the reports in question, and slower processes of gathering the data and documentation necessary to produce the reports in question.

The Company will publish the audited annual financial reports for 2019. and unaudited quarterly financial reports for the first quarter of 2020 not later than on June 30, 2020.

The Company hereby also announces that the session of the Supervisory Board, on which the unconsolidated and consolidated audited annual reports of the Company for 2020. and the consolidated and unconsolidated unaudited financial reports of the Company for the first quarter of 2020. will be examined, shall be held on June 30, 2020, instead on April 29, 2020, as previously announced.

This notification was delivered to the Officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - HANFA, Zagreb Stock Exchange. Croatian News Agency - HinaOTS and it is available on the Company web site www.granolio.hr.
