DEMIRE: Expansion of Executive Board and appointment of a Chairman of the Executive Board
Langen, Germany, 20 December 2018 – The Supervisory Board of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG today appointed Mr. Ingo Hartlief FRICS as a new member of the Executive Board and Chairman of the Executive Board of the Company with immediate effect until the end of 2021. Mr. Ingo Hartlief has many years of experience in the real estate industry, inter alia as Vice CEO & COO of CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH, CEO of Swiss Life KVGmbH and Managing Director of Union Investment Real Estate GmbH.
The expansion of the Executive Board is intended to address the growing demands of the Company’s planned portfolio growth. The current sole member of the Executive Board, Mr. Ralf Kind, will remain member of the Executive Board of the Company.
