Announcement about the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business

In accordance with ESMA's guidelines for disclosing the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business, we hereby inform the investment public that the decision by the President of the Russian Federation, as a measure to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus, was made on declaring this week as non-working week in the entire country. This decision also applies to all manufacturers in the automotive industry, including our Russian factories, which will not operate during this period.
