The board of directors of "ECHMI SA" (the Company), during the meeting on the 31st of August 2016 following the decision of the General Meeting of the 25th of May and following the statement of the company's bank accounts, note that the share capital increase isn't complete.
For that reasons, the board of directors of "ECHMI SA", under the law 2190/1920 provisions, decided to extend once more the deadline for the share capital increase until the 23rd of September 2016.
