Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that, it has received by Croatian national bank a Resolution of March 20 2020, which orders the Bank to retain the net profit realized during 2019 due to circumstances arising from corona virus and COVID-19 sickness. Competent bodies of the Bank will therefore issue necessary decisions in line with the Resolution.
