Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Further to the announcement on 10 November 2022 relating to the subscription by Eamonn O'Hare and Robert Samuelson for, in aggregate, 846,857 new ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Shares"), Zegona today announces the admission of the Shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market under the ticker symbol "ZEG".
