Result of General Meeting

The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the special resolution in relation to the proposed return of up to £41 million to shareholders by way of a tender offer as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 21 October 2022 was duly passed by shareholders.
