Announcement about the impact of the COVID-19 virus on business

With the appearance of the COVID-19 virus, the global economy, and therefore AD Plastik Group, has been exposed to significant business challenges and risks.

In accordance with the stoppage of production of our customers, the world's most renowned car manufacturers, we would hereby like to inform the investment public that we are consequently forced to stop most of our production at production sites in Croatia, Serbia and Hungary for a while.

Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot predict the duration of this situation at our production sites, as it depends primarily on the global market situation and the activities of our customers.

For the time being, production processes have been proceeding as planned at our Russian production sites, and we continue our project activities in developing components for new vehicle models.

We are fully focused and determined in maintaining the vitality of the company in order to meet the reuqirements of our customers and interests of all our stakeholders.

We actively take all necessary measures to continue our business operations and we communicate on a daily basis with customers and suppliers and are ready to continue our production as soon as our customers request first deliveries.
