The Board of Directors of Interfund Investments Plc, has fixed Thursday, 20 October 2016 as the date for the convening of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which shall be held in Nicosia at 3:30pm at PWC Central, 43 Demosthenis Severis Avenue, 1080 Nicosia.
The appropriate notice for the convening of the Annual General Meeting shall be sent directly to the shareholders.
