The board of directors of "ECHMI SA" (the Company), during the meeting on the 23rd of September 2016 following the decision of the General Meeting of the 25th of May and following the statement of the company's bank accounts, note that the share capital increase isn't complete.
For that reasons, the board of directors of "ECHMI SA", under the law 2190/1920 provisions, decided to close the capital increase stating the failure of covering it.
