Response on inquiry by Zagreb Stock Exchange

As a response to your inquiry about the ADPL share price decline, we hereby inform you that we are not aware of any new circumstances or facts that affect or could affect the price of a financial instrument listed on the regulated market.

In relation to the information previously provided to the Stock Exchange, the FCA Group has sent us a notice of the temporary closure of all its plants in Italy, Poland and Serbia until March 27, 2020. AD Plastik Group generates 3.1 percent of the total sales revenue from these factories, and given that it is a temporary measure, it has not had any significant material impact on operations so far.
