Subject: Notification according to HANFA call from March 12, 2020 to publicize the inforomation concerning the impact of COVID-19 disease on key factors, prospects or financial situation

Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, GRANOLIO d.d., Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OIB:59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that the Company's business did not currently had significant material negative effects on the key factors, prospects or financial situation due to the circumstances of the spread of COVID-19. The Company has established a crisis headquarters, which regularly monitors notifications of the competent institutions and accordingly implements preventative measures to ensure business continuity and the Company's contribution to preventing the spread of the infection. The following preventive measures have been taken so far

• Provision of additional resources for adequate hygiene protection.

• Education of the employees about the symptoms and prevention of COVID-19 coronaviruses, both during their stay and work on the premises of the Company and outside the Company.

• Prescribed safety and health conditions for entry of employees and external partners into the Company premises and behavior within the Company premises.

Delay of all business trips and major meetings and instructions for holding video and telecommunication equipment meetings.

• Ensurance of material and technical conditions for work at home (fice) for all employees whose nature of work allows.

• Continuous communication with suppliers and customers to ensure the optimum supply chain in actual circumstances.

• Provision of additional liquidity.

The spread of COVID-19 is not expected to affect the unaudited financial statements for 2019, published by the Company on February 28, 2020.

This notification was submitted to the Official Registry of Regulatory Information of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency - HANFA, the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the Croatian News Reporting Agency - HinaOTS, and is also available on the Company's website at www.granolio.hr.
