Interfund Investments Plc announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders held on 20 October 2016 the Meeting resolved that there should be a postponement of the Meeting for 17 November 2016 at 3:30p.m at the same place that the Meeting was held.
According to the provision of the Companies Law, there is no need for the dispach of new notices for the convening of the postponed Meeting.
