ANNOUNCEMENT

The Public Company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announces that the Board of Directors postponed the examination of and decision on the matter of distribution or not of interim dividend.

The matter which was due to be discussed and decided upon at today's Board Meeting will be examined at a next Board Meeting which will be convened and announced soon.
