(hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), hereby announces that a Management Board meeting was held on 18th February 2020, during which the audited quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2019 and the Company`s audited annual financial statements for the year 2019 were determined.

Pursuant to provision of Article 300d of the Companies Act, the audited annual financial statements for the year 2019 have been submitted to the Supervisory Board for review and approval.
