Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Primary Health Properties PLC, one of the UK's largest providers of modern primary healthcare facilities, announces that it has appointed JP Morgan Securities plc (trading as JP Morgan Cazenove) as joint corporate broker to the Company with immediate effect.  JP Morgan Cazenove will work alongside Primary Health Properties' existing brokers, Numis Securities Limited and Peel Hunt LLP.
