ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - lnterim Dividend Pavment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the accumulated profits of 2015 and from the profits of 2016.

The interim dividend will be €185.254 which corresponds to €0,012 per share or 7,060/o on the share nominal value (€173.616 from the 2015 profits and €11.638 from the 2016 profits).

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 2nd of February 2017 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 1st of February 2017.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 1Sth of February 2017.
