On January 14" 2020 Dubravka Ferić has acquired a total of 15,062 ordinary shares without nominal price of the Issuer, which shares are designated in the depository of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. as RIVP-R-A, ISIN: HRRIVPRA0000 with the price of 38,00 HRK per share.

The notification template to be used for notifying and publishing transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them is attached to this notification.
