Subject: Notification on the held Session of the Management Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act, Company Law and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Granolio d.d. Zagreb, Budmanijeva 5, OlB: 59064993527, MBS: 080111595, company entered into the Court registry of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that on December 08, 2018 the Supervisory Board of the Company held it's session on which it was established that the sessions of the Supervisory Board in 2020 will be held according to the following schedule:

• February 28, 2020,
• April 29, 2020,
• July 29, 2020,
• October 28, 2020 and
• December 10, 2020.
