Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Darktrace plc announces that two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") have received the number of shares of Darktrace plc as set out below, following the vesting of awards granted under the AIP on 6 May 2021, as previously disclosed in the Darktrace plc Annual Report 2021. The number of shares transferred to these two PDMRs was on a net settlement basis.
On 2 November 2022, in respect of the total vested awards for 1,406,331 ordinary shares, 745,355 ordinary shares in Darktrace were acquired by Poppy Gustafsson, CEO, pursuant to a transfer from the Darktrace plc employee benefit trust ("EBT") in settlement of awards granted under the Darktrace PLC 2021 Award Incentive Plan ("AIP") based on an aggregate price of 357.5 pence per share, on a net settlement basis.
On 2 November 2022 in respect of the total vested awards for 1,049,047 ordinary shares, 555,994 ordinary shares in Darktrace were acquired by Catherine Graham, CFO, pursuant to a transfer from the EBT in settlement of awards granted under the AIP based on an aggregate price of 357.5 pence per share, on a net settlement basis.
