Announcement of Interim Dividends

Murray Income Trust PLC has today declared first, second and third interim dividends per share of 8.25 pence, totalling 24.75 pence per share, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2023 (2022: first, second and third interim dividends per share of 8.25 pence, totalling 24.75 pence per share), as follows -

In relation to the first, second and third interim dividends, the latest date for receipt by the registrars of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 25 November 2022, 24 February 2023 and 26 May 2023, respectively. The Board expects that the fourth interim dividend per share, to be announced in August 2023, will be at least 11.75 pence per share (2022: 11.25 pence per share).
