COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

A. RESIGNATION OF MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Philoktimatiki Public Ltd announces that on 3/4/2017 Mr. George Mantakas resigned from the Board of Directors.

B. APPOINTMENTS

At its meeting of 10 April 2017, the Board of Directors made the following appointments in replacement of the retiring members of the Board and the Secretary.

Appointment of Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Elias Tringas was appointed member of the Company's Board of Directors.

Appointment of Secretary

M.P.K. Services Ltd were appointed Secretary of the Company.

Compliance Officer for stock exchange matters

Mr. Makarios Charalambides was appointed Compliance Officer for stock exchange matters.

As provided in clause 2 of Article 135 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law, we attach herewith the relevant forms with the changes in the composition of the Company's Board of Directors.
