Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4, ("HPB") announces that today, on November 18, 2019, it has received a Decision Croatian national bank ("CNB") approving the request for the merger between HPB (acting as the Acquiring company) and HPB-Stambena štedionica d.d. (acting as the Acquired company) that has been approved by CNB's Council during the session held on November 14, 2019.
