Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 8 November 2019 the Company acquired 10,213 own shares which represent 0.0081% of the Company's share capital and on 11 November 2019 the Company acquired 7,859 own shares which represent 0.0062% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the Company holds 3,733,888 own shares which represent 2.9628% of the Company's share capital.
