Pursuant to Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 2 of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/523 of 10 March 2016 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Franz Lanschützer from Vienna, Salmannsdorfer Strasse 16/1, Republic of Austria (hereinafter: Franz Lanschützer), as the member of the Supervisory Board of the company Valamar Riviera dioničko društvo za turizam with its registered seat in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, MBS: 040020883, OIB: 36201212847, LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68 (hereinafter: the Issuer), hereby notifies the Issuer and CROATIAN FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPERVISORY AGENCY on transaction relating to the shares of the Issuer.
On November 4 2019 Franz Lanschützer has donated and transferred a total of 1,150,000 ordinary shares without nominal price of the Issuer, which shares are designated in the depository of the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. as RIVP-R-A, ISIN: HRRIVPRA0000 (hereinafter: the Shares), as follows:
- 1,000,000 of the Shares to his spouse, Karoline Lanschützer-Künz;
- 75,000 of the Shares to his son, Stefan Lanschützer; and
- 75,000 of the Shares to his daughter, Theresa Lanschützer.
The notification template to be used for notifying and publishing transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them is attached to this notification.
