Total Voting Rights
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company hereby announces that as at 31 October 2022, there were 210,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p and 14,771,364 C Shares of 10p in issue carrying one vote each. The Company holds no shares in treasury and the total voting rights in the Company are 224,771,364.
The above figure of 224,771,364 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
