Deutsche Konsum REIT upgraded by Scope Ratings
Broderstorf, 25 February 2019 – Today Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A14KRD3) has received a rating upgrade by Scope Ratings.
The issuer rating has been upgraded to “BB+ stable” (“BB stable” before) which is supported by the increased size of the company as well as the debt refinancing with reduced financing costs.
Following this, senior unsecured debt has been upgraded to “BBB-” (“BB+” before) which means that the outstanding DKR convertible bonds are also categorised as “Investment grade” now.
Senior secured debt remains unchanged at “BBB” level (Investment grade).
