ANNOUNCEMENT

Approval of Audited Financial Statements

At its meeting of 27 April 2017, the Board of Directors of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd decided as follows:

It approved the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, attached herewith.

A satisfactory number of copies of the full text of the Annual Report, as it has been approved and signed, will be available at the company's registered office, 1 G. Katsounotou Str., Salamis House, Limassol. Copy of the Annual Report will be posted on the company's website www.salamisorganisation.com

1. The date of the Annual General Meeting will be set at a later date.
1. The Board decided not to propose the payment of final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2016.
