Karlsruhe, 06 March 2019 . The Managing Board of init innovation in traffic systems SE continues to pursue a balanced strategy considering organic growth and an appropriate distribution of corporate profits.
Since the company’s profit decreased in the past financial year, but at the same time the requirements for future-oriented investments resulting from the rapid technological change remain high, the Managing Board sees the necessity to adjust the dividend payment accordingly. Therefore, subject to the agreement of the Supervisory Board, a reduction of the dividend to EUR 0.12 per share (previous year: EUR 0.22) will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting taking place on 15 May 2019.
