Update on Hawkwing loan to IFG

The Company has been advised that liquidators have been appointed to IFG (SPP) Limited ("IFGS").  IFGS currently owes the Company £13.7m together with interest, costs and exit premiums.  The Company has a first fixed and floating charge over all the assets of IFGS and its subsidiaries.  Neither of the subsidiary companies are in liquidation. 

The Company is currently assessing its options and the steps it should be taking to protect its position following IFGS' liquidation.

The Company will give a further update to the market in due course.
