- Notice on the approval from the Croatian National Bank
Following the notice of Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc. (hereinafter: the Bank) as of 13 September 2019, by which it has received the Decision from the Croatian National Bank on the approval of including the profit for the period from 1 January until 30 June 2019 in the capital adequacy calculation as of 30 June 2019, in accordance with article 26 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
In this manner the capital adequacy ratio on the unconsolidated basis as of 30 June 2019 is 20.6%, which represents the highest level since 2004, as a result of capital strengthening of the Bank followed by regulatory and business challenges that are forthcoming.
