Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 11 September 2019 the Company acquired 4.276 own shares which represent 0.0033% of the Company's share capital and on 12 September 2019 the Company acquired 15.872 own shares which represent 0.0125% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the Company holds 3,673,504 own shares which represent 2.9148% of the Company's share capital.
