Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act and the provisions of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules hereby informs that on 3 rd September 2019 the Company acquired 8.950 own shares which represent 0.0071% of the Company's share capital and on 4th September 2019 the Company acquired 2.662 own shares which represent 0.0021% of the Company's share capital.

After these acquisitions, the Company holds 3,643,658 own shares which represent 2.8912% of the Company's share capital.
