Acquisition of own shares
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification on acquisition of 1,300 own shares (0.030955 percent of the share capital of the Company) on September 2, 2019 at an average price of HRK 168.7 and 700 own shares (0.016668 percent of the share capital of the Company) on September 3, 2019 at an average price of HRK 170.2.
After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 69,058, which represents 1.644401 percent of the share capital of the Company.
