Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 24th October 2022 it made a market purchase of 5,500 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 638.1818p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury. 

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
