PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 24 October 2022, the Company purchased in the market 12,594 Ordinary shares at a price of 1173.7579 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

125,012,893 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

4,399,110 Ordinary shares held in treasury

129,412,003 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
