Acquisition of own shares
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification on acquisition of 300 own shares (0.007144 percent of the share capital of the Company) on August 29, 2019 at an average price of HRK 170.6 and 200 own shares (0.004762 percent of the share capital of the Company) on August 30, 2019 at an average price of HRK 170.6.
After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 67,058, which represents 1.596777 percent of the share capital of the Company.
