Acquisition of own shares

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification on acquisition of 800 own shares (0.019050 percent of the share capital of the Company) on August 23, 2019 at an average price of HRK 172.5 and 200 own shares (0.004762 percent of the share capital of the Company) on August 26, 2019 at an average price of HRK 172.5.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 66,558, which represents 1.584871 percent of the share capital of the Company.
