AEVIS VICTORIA SA: Infracore SA publishes its first Annual Report based on Swiss GAAP FER with properties valued at their market value
Infracore SA (previously Swiss Healthcare Properties SA), AEVIS VICTORIA’s subsidiary dedicated to healthcare-related infrastructures, today published its first Annual Report based on Swiss GAAP FER. This publication of a separate report comes after the sale of a 20% stake in Infracore to Baloise. AEVIS VICTORIA SA will pursue the independence strategy for Infracore, and plans to sell between 30% and 60% of Infracore to institutional investors in the coming months.
