Subject: Notification of conclusion of hotel management agreement with Helios Faros d.d.

Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847, (hereinafter: the Company or Valamar), LEI: 529900DUWS1DGNEK4C68, Member State: Republic of Croatia, ISIN: HRRIVPRA000, Securities: RIVP (RIVP-R-A), Listing: The Prime Market of Zagrebačka burza d.d. hereby informs that it has concluded an Agreement with respect to the management of hotel-tourist facilities and contents (hotel management agreement, hereinafter: Agreement) with the company Helios Faros dioničko društvo za ugostiteljstvo, with registered office in Stari Grad, Naselje Helios 5 (hereinafter: HELIOS FAROS), on August 22nd 2019.

The Agreement will enter into force and apply upon its entry into the court register of the Commercial Court in Split, expected for the beginning of September 2019.

As previously announced, with the successfully concluded bankruptcy over HELIOS FAROS, Valamar will manage HELIOS FAROS' hospitality properties and services, which will start a new development phase for tourism in Stari Grad on Island of Hvar.
