Acquisition of own shares

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, AD Plastik hereby publishes notification on acquisition of 1,780 own shares (0.042385 percent of the share capital of the Company) on August 19, 2019 at an average price of HRK 172.5.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of AD Plastik amounts to 65,558, which represents 1.561059 percent of the share capital of the Company.
