- Notice on Decision of the Supervisory Board

Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereafter: the Bank), informs the investment public, that in the course of the prescribed procedure for the appointment of the candidates for the president and members of the Management Board of the Bank, based on the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia of 01st of August 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Bank on 8th August 2019 brought the decision on appointment of the following candidates:

• 1. Marko Badurina, for the president of the Board
• 1. Anto Mihaljević, for the Board member
• 1. Ivan Soldo, for the Board member,

and has submitted, in accordance with the Credit Institutions Act, a request to the Croatian National Bank for prior approval for the appointment of the president and members of the Management Board of the credit institution.

Upon obtaining the decision of the Croatian National Bank, the Bank will promptly inform the investment public.
