ProCook Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that David Stead, Senior Independent Director of the Company and current Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of Naked Wines plc, where he has served as a Non-Executive Director since 2017, with immediate effect.

This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules.
