Announcement ( Mitteilung ) pursuant to Sec. 43 German Securities Trading Act (‘WpHG’) in relation to home24 SE (ISIN DE000A14KEB5)

Dear Sir or Madam,

Following the crossing of the 10% threshold in voting rights of home24 SE, Greifswalder Straße 212-213, 10405 Berlin (ISIN DE000A14KEB5) (the ‘Company’) on 13 February 2019, I, Ari Zweiman, hereby notify to the Company pursuant to Sec. 43 para. 1 sentences 1 and 3 WpHG in respect of my objectives pursued with the acquisition of the voting rights, that:

1. the prevalent aim of my investment is realizing a trading profit whilst not excluding the implementation of strategic objectives;

2. I, Ari Zweiman, do currently plan to acquire further voting rights of the Company within the next twelve months by means of a purchase or by other means;

3. I, Ari Zweiman, do currently not intend to exert influence on the appointment or removal of members of the Company’s administrative, managing and supervisory bodies; and

4. I, Ari Zweiman, do currently not intend to achieve a material change in the Company’s capital structure, in particular as regards the ratio between its own funds and external funds and the dividend policy.

In respect of the origin of the funds used to acquire the voting rights I, Ari Zweiman, notify pursuant to Sec. 43 para. 1 sentence 4 WpHG that the acquisition of the voting rights is financed by own funds ( Eigenmittel ) and external funds ( Fremdmittel ).
