Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c. (hereafter and: the Bank), informs the investment public, that due to expired term-of-office of current Bank's Management Board, the Government of the Republic of Croatia at its session held on 01st of August 2019, issued a Conclusion by which proposed to the Supervisory Board of the Bank to appointment of the following candidates to the members of the Management Board of the Bank:

• 1. Marko Badurina, for the president of the Board
• 1. Anto Mihaljević, for the Board member
• 1. Ivan Soldo, for the Board member

The Supervisory Board of the Bank shall initiate the procedure for appointing new members of the Management Board in accordance with the Credit Institutions Act, bylaws and acts of the Bank and to the Croatian National Bank to submit a request for prior approval for appointment of the President and members of the Management Board of the credit institution.

Upon obtaining the necessary approvals of the Croatian National Bank, the public will be informed promptly about the new composition of the Bank's Management Board in the new mandate.
