Completion of first tranche of share repurchase programme
19 October 2022: Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company" or "Barratt Developments") announces that the first £50 million tranche of the £200 million share repurchase programme announced on 7 September 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.
Credit Suisse International, who undertook the first tranche on Barratt Developments' behalf (as announced on 7 September 2022), purchased 13,581,002 shares for a total consideration of £50 million.
Further details on the second tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
