Hapag-Lloyd AG intends to propose a dividend distribution of EUR 0.15 per share

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Hapag-Lloyd AG (ISIN DE000HLAG475) intend to propose to the ordinary Annual General Meeting taking place on 12 June 2019 – deviating from the present dividend policy (cf. p. 67 of the annual report 2017) – a distribution of a dividend payment for the financial year 2018 in the amount of EUR 0.15 per share, i.e. in total EUR 26,364,043.95, which amounts to 57 % of the consolidated profit (IFRS).

The Group Annual Report for the financial year 2018 will be published on 22 March 2019.
