We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of ΑΙΑΝΤΑS INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Monday, July 24, 2017 approved the following:
a) The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2016.
b) The re-election of Mr Evros Demetriades and Andreas Papaparaskevas as Board member.
c) The remuneration of the Board members.
e) The reappointment of A.E CHARALAMBOUS & Co AUDITORS Ltd as auditors for 2016 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
